Cancellation policy

Artie meal plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. You can cancel at any time.

How to cancel. Call us at 1-855-652-7843 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm MST) or email info@feedartie.com. Our team will process your cancellation and confirm it by email.

Timing. To avoid being charged for your next order, contact us at least seventy-two (72) hours before your next renewal date. Your cancellation request counts from the date we receive your call or email.

After you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Orders that have already been processed are not refunded; see our Refund policy. Cancelling your subscription does not unsubscribe you from Artie emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out.
