Here's everything you need to know about how Artie gets to your door.
Where We Ship
Artie currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to P.O. boxes โ our carriers require a physical street address for delivery.
How We Ship
We use trusted third-party carriers โ primarily FedEx โ to deliver every Artie order. Meals and Appliances ship from our facility and travel directly to your door, no retail middleman in between.
Your shipping confirmation will include a tracking number so you can follow the package the whole way.
Delivery Timing
Once your order ships, you can typically expect it to arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Transit time varies based on your location and the carrier's network.
For subscribers, deliveries are timed to your renewal cadence. A new order is created automatically at the end of each period, and the package arrives within the 5-to-8 day window after that.
We do our best to ship on schedule, but we don't guarantee delivery dates โ carriers occasionally face weather, network, or operational delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Meals: Shipping is included in the price of your Artie Meal Plan. No surprise charges at checkout.
- Appliances: Standard shipping is included with your initial subscription order.
- Replacements: If we ship you a replacement Appliance under an active subscription, there is no shipping charge.
- Returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Tracking Your Order
The moment your order leaves our facility, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also view current and past order status from your account page.
If a tracking number hasn't updated after 48 hours, it's usually a carrier scan delay rather than a lost package โ but reach out to the Artie Concierge and we'll look into it with you.
Changing Your Address
You can update the shipping address on your account anytime from your account page. To make sure the new address is used for your next delivery, update it at least 72 hours before your renewal date. Address changes made after that window may still apply to the order that already shipped โ please contact the Artie Concierge right away if you need to redirect a package in transit.
Damaged or Missing Packages
Please inspect every delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or didn't arrive in your scheduled window, contact the Artie Concierge within 5 days of the delivery date. Send photos of the damage or packaging if you can โ we'll work with you on a replacement, credit, or refund.
We use third-party carriers like FedEx for delivery. We can't control delays, loss, or theft once an order leaves our facility, but we want to know about it so we can help.
Subscription Deliveries
Auto-Renewing Meal Plans ship on your chosen cadence (typically every 15 or 30 days). To pause, skip, or reschedule a shipment, head to your account page at least 72 hours before the renewal date. Changes made inside that window may not apply to the upcoming order and could be subject to a $50 restocking fee.
