We want you and your dog to love Artie. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.


Artie Appliance: 90-Day Return Policy

Your Artie Appliance is covered by a 90-day return window starting on the date of purchase.

What you get back: A full refund of the Appliance purchase price.
What's not covered: Return shipping. You're responsible for getting the Appliance back to us.

How to start a return

Reach out to the Artie Concierge to get started. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The shipping address on the original order
  • A phone number we can reach you at
  • The reason for the return
  • Any feedback you'd like to share

We'll reply with return shipping instructions and an RMA number.

Conditions for a refund

  • The Appliance must be returned in its original, working condition, in its original packaging.
  • It must ship back before the 90-day window closes. Returns received after the 90-day window without a written extension from Artie are not eligible for a refund.
  • If your Appliance has been altered, modified, improperly installed, or damaged by misuse (including water or other environmental damage), we can't issue a refund or replace it at no cost.

Active subscribers: replacement instead of return

If your Appliance malfunctions while you have an active Auto-Renewing Meal Plan, we'll replace it with a comparable Appliance at no cost. Contact us as soon as you notice the issue, give us a full description of what's happening, and follow our return shipping instructions.

Replacement coverage requires that your subscription is active both when the issue starts and when we receive your replacement request.


Artie Meals: Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with a meal delivery, tell us. Reach out to the Artie Concierge within 14 days of receiving the order.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Issue a credit toward your next order
  • Refund the unsatisfactory items
  • Replace the affected meals on your next shipment

We may ask for a photo of the product, or in some cases ask you to return it, before we process a credit or refund.

For food safety reasons, we don't accept returns of opened meal pouches.


Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect every delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or didn't arrive in your scheduled window, contact the Artie Concierge within 5 days of the delivery date. Send photos of the damage or packaging if you can โ€” we'll work with you on a replacement, credit, or refund.

We use third-party carriers like FedEx for delivery. We can't control delays, loss, or theft once an order leaves our facility, but we want to know about it so we can help.


Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

You can pause, modify, or cancel any subscription anytime from your account page.

To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please make changes at least 72 hours before the renewal date.

  • Cancellations or changes made inside the 72-hour window may be subject to a $50 restocking fee.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You'll continue to receive the deliveries you've already paid for. We don't issue mid-period refunds for canceled subscriptions.

To stop billing on a future renewal, head to your account page and pause or cancel before the 72-hour cutoff.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return being received and inspected, or of the credit being approved. It may take another 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Credits applied to your Artie account are available immediately.


Where We Ship Returns

Artie ships within the United States only. Returns from outside the U.S. are not accepted at this time.

You'll receive a return address and any required RMA reference when you contact our support team. Please don't ship returns without first reaching out: unannounced returns may not be processed.
